LETTER BOX
Letter box is a new service. It allows for the mail to be received by the Toorabad DFPO on behalf of the renter of the letter box. The mail is then kept safely till it is collected. An SMS notification informs the renter of new mail arrival. The renter then; at his or her own convenience can collect the mail.
Some of the benefits of opening a Letter Box (LB) at Toorabad DFPO are:

REGISTRATION
Registration of the address is offered to residents of 1.5Km radius of Toorabad DFPO. Once the registration threshold is reached, no further free registrations would be offered and would incur a charge of Rs 500/=
RENT
Letter box can be rented in a personal capacity or can belong to a company or local business. The rents of each type is listed below.

Requirements
- Valid CNIC of the 18 year old or above applicant (along with company registration certificate if business)
- Within last 3 months Gas / Electricity bill in the name of the applicant
- Mobile phone number registered to the applicant
- Latitude and Longitude of your home or business, more information here.
- Pre paid mail or parcels only
- Mail addressed to the renter of letter box
- Mail not addressed to the renter or expired letter box is returned
- Mail is accepted only during opening times of the Toorabad DFPO
- Uncollected mail is kept for a period of 3 months and then discarded securely.
Size and Weight
- Letters upto A4 size
- Small parcels ≤ 0.5 Kg
- Total weight of all mail not exceeding 1 Kg
Collection requirements
- Original CNIC shown at the time of collection.
- Next of kin can also collect mail with prior permission.
- Collected during opening times of Toorabad DFPO
